Dredging Industry – Hydraulic power pack – DOP pump and cutter

Scope of work:
- Design unit as per customer requirements
- 280kw – providing two flows for two end users
- Fabricate steel frame and certify lifting lugs to 10 ton
- Dimensions of HPU approximately 4500mm L x 2000mm W x 2380mm H
- Fabricate stainless steel louvers complete with sound proofing
- Fabricate both hydraulic oil and diesel stainless steel tanks
- Supply and fit all of the required components including the electrical components
- Combine engine management system with our electricals in our control panel
- Supply a remote control unit similar to our control panel
- Supply and fit 2 x flow meter to assist with fault finding
- Supply and fit aqua sensor to eliminate any damage to HPU or cutter motor due to water bypassing the seal
- Commission unit
- Supply customer with a data pack
